Perhaps this comes from experiments using chatbots like ChatGPT and similar tools, which might not be accurate enough. These general-purpose bots often don't understand local coding guidelines and they may perform well with top common codes but return wrong codes for with more complex or specific clinical situations. These are not medical coders. They are not built for this domain.
