1. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by our payment provider, Lemonsqueezy.com. Lemonsqueezy acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases.
2. Refund Terms
Our refund policy is as follows:
- Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time, with service continuing until the end of the current billing period
- Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days
- Setup and configuration fees are non-refundable once service has begun
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Review system unavailability exceeding our SLA guarantees
- Integration failure due to technical limitations on our part
- Subscription cancellation within the specified trial period
- Major service disruption preventing normal claims review
- Technical incompatibility identified during initial setup
4. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Credits
In cases of service disruption, we may offer service credits according to our SLA terms instead of monetary refunds. These credits will be applied to future billing cycles.
5. Disputes
Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled through our customer service team and resolved according to our terms of service and applicable laws.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Custom validation rule setup
- Training and onboarding services
- Technical support hours
- Review workflow configuration
7. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact Lemonsqueezy's customer support team
- Provide your order reference and reason for refund
- Allow up to 5-10 business days for review and processing
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
